My activation failed but I got charged 3 times. I would like help to get activated or get refunded. Please help soon !

@adrianferdinand  - if you were charged it is possible your activation did not fail. But it may have glitched during or at the end causing you not to complete it, which may have caused the confusion whether it was or wasn't activated.

 

Did you insert the Public Mobile SIM card, then reboot your phone, to see if any services work? If any services work, you activated.

 

If these extra charges are showing as Pending under your credit card transactions it is possible once the charges are authorized the extra ones will drop off and the authorized one will stay.

 

Do you see the extra funds in your Available funds area in your self serve account? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

If not, and they are actually Authorized charges only Customer support agents (CSA) can assist. Methods to reach them privately already provided by @BeachNBeer .
