On Monday, we tried to activate a new account with PM. We ported a number from Telus. Telus phone is no longer working, however, new phone is not working either - says no service. E-mails for assistance come back saying it is fixed, but still nothing. Our my account will not set up as when we put in the phone number it texts a six digit code to the number that is not working on the phone. It's a circle we cannot seem to get out of and we signed up for a 30 day plan - hope it doesn't start until we get this resolved.

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds like a small activation glitch which caused it to not go through completely.

It's going to seem like a broken record but @Shazia_K or @Mary_M (aka Our Dynamic Duo) will be able to update your account. Sound as though the port hung up; usually just a minor error entering necessary data.
