Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

can't activate my account.  Received a new SIM in mail but it says it is already in use.  Will not give me access to any screens until I activate.  I guess they need to send me another SIM?  AM NOT ABLE TO REACH ANYONE.

@dmparent  And are you using the app to try and activate ? Not website , needs to be app to activate . If still a miss then send support private message
