I have just activated the SIM and have a new phone number but phone shown SOS. Trying to call out, it is not working. It said successfully activated on the screen.
Try rebooting, resetting your network settings or reinstalling the SIM card again. Can you try the sim in another unlocked phone to make sure it is not a sim/account problem vs a phone issue.
