@jarodmakowski  Most of the time when that happens it means that there was a typo when entering your email during activation and that is why the email never arrives. Need to verify the email with the moderator.

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

 

Note: Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am (Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm (Eastern).

Hi! If you bought the sim in-store, there is a number where the sim is attached. 

 

If you ordered online, there is a number in your profile.

To get your phone number, most phone will usually show it somewhere within the setttings menus.  You could also try making an outgoing call to call display-enabled device to find out your phohe number.

Where did you activate your sim? You need to have choose a phone number or port your number...???
