We opened an account for my wife a few weeks ago and paid for a subscripton. The SIM card arrived today but I can not activate the card and phone. I have had a lot of trouble signing in. However when I did get in the system asked me to select a subscription.....which I had done when I opened the account.
Can you help me get connedted please

Was the Public Mobile smartphone app used. Activation can only completed using the app (not the website).
