Hi I can not get code to get into my account as I lost the Sim card I gavexa new one to activate how do I do this

Tap "resend code" and eventually you'll get the option to send one to the e-mail address on file.
As far as replacing the SIM card, get one at a corporate Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik location and use the Change SIM card function within self serve.
You DO NOT need to reactivate another SIM - it will just re-associate your existing account to the new SIM card.
