Activation without sim (sim is on its way)

I just saw really good offer it was 4G date per month with $40 so I will order sim tomorrow.

I checked delivery time would be 3~7 business day.

Just in case I cannot have sim before Nov. 20th, is it possible I can acitvate $120 plan without sim on my hand?

Just wondering if I order sim then PM let me know sim # with email and I can activate with this # even I don't have sim till 20th.

No, you need the SIM on hand to go through with the activation. It is a requirement. 

In all cases I've seen, people have been receiving their SIMs within 2-3 business days. You should have it well before the promo ends.
