my credit card was updated by my bank, so the number changed, public mobile stopped my account for lack of payment, i cant update my credit card cause i forgot my password, what do i do? also would like to upgrade my plan?

Seems like all you can reply is I’m so wrong ... like I said all I want is my number released to my new service provider !!! Am I wrong on that request as well?

Social media can be an effective tool for organizing those voices and effecting change.” However, it also cautioned consumers that their complaints must be made directly to the offending telecom before arriving at the CCTS, or the service provider will object and the commission will have to notify customers that their complaint has been refused. as for this info it is revelant to how your services are valued by the public !!! If a customer CAN NOT be helped by your company then it is there LEGAL RIGHT to make a complaint to the appropriate GOVT org !!

Cause the account link is now asking for a twitter account !! As for your customer support I would consider this the “ WORST “ services I have ever received in my life .. now I understand why this company is closing there doors !!! And further searches on govt sites explains this therory as well !!

The article you brough up is not relevant to this situation. Note to you and all customers, this service is by and large reliant on customer use of a self serve portal, with support from the community forum for non account related issues and the moderator team for account related issues. Any judgment of this service must be made with this in mind.

Finally someone that works for public mobile .. and that option doesn’t work for my account !! I guess you just didn't see the "manage my card" option. I have edited my cc many times without any issue.

Have you tried that !!! The same day the payment was due and my credit card (new expiration and security code ) was not accepted I tried ... there was no way to update .. since then I have sent the moderator several messages to fix this ... as for a PIN number ... I don't believe this. Changing password is a piece of cake and only required because the forgot password is broken atm. Once they reset your password, you can login to your self-serve account and change the credit card info.

Having the same problem ... 2 weeks later still not resolved ... just get a 10$. Public mobile voucher from wal mart and transfer to a new cell phone company !!!

You will need to message the mods to get your password changed so you can change your credit card. You will then have to add funds to your account for the MODS to make a change to your plan because it is suspended.
