Activation transaction did not go through

Good day,

I write to request a teturn of monies paid for activation transaction which did not materialised. The activation # 8091465 and the amount was $45.20.

Just to be clear, the payment was made and the account was never activated nor service received.

Best to contact a moderator with this issue by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time can be a few hours or less, or within a day, from my experience.

Hi @shefarr6 

Did you try your sim card?

Sometimes there is an error message after activating, but it may be due to selfserve activation failure while sim activated just fine

There is noone to call so you will need a ticket; click https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon.  Follow/invent prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
