Need help from a Customer Service agent.
I am trying to activate a eSim and the activation process stalls when I am sent to the app.
Payment has been accepted. I need my account activated and number transferred from Koodo.
I can't get any agent on live chat.

CS was finally able to resolve the issue, but I had to buy a SIM card locally (but will get credit back). eSIM is tricky and I would suggest to people to go with physical SIM if possible.

Sorry gotta wait. Some have reported a whole day. But I think they might be getting less volumes now so any hour now...

It has been 30 min since I replied to the CS agent by message and no reply. I do not know what else to do. This is not a great start to my Public mobile experience so far.

Thanks for the reply, I restarted and check eSIm still not activated. I have put in a trouble ticket. an agent sent a message, i replied but now answer back

Sometimes the SIM is already installed, it's just hidden. Can you reboot your phone to see if it's there? Are you using an iPhone? Go into your phone settings and check to see if you see the public mobile eSIM. And enable it or turn it on. Disable any old esim.
