@CS_Agent nothing but trouble activation
Trying to transfer a phone number from Koodo. Not prepaid. Got welcome email/payment went through, SIM is in phone. Phone says no service. Koodo doesn’t work anymore.
Activation for full access prompt says it will send me a code but it never comes, I assume because the phone has no service???!! I’ve no idea what to do to fix it

It sounds like you replied to the text from Koodo with YES confirming you are porting over to PM within the 90 minute window.
The PM SIM will not work right away. You Koodo SIM will continue to work for about 90 minutes until porting is completed.
Once completed, the Koodo SIM will not give service. At this point powering off the phone then switch the SIM then power back on.
