I'm attempting to be a returning customer but I'm having activation issues.

Paid, got Sim card, went to activate after I input my info for transferring phone number, hit start, and at the final step it fails activation. Just says contact support, so I'm here. Also sent a message, thanks.

@kchubs12 at what step you are having issue?
If you had not make a payment yet, try using a different email address to create another account to subscribe
