I'm attempting to be a returning customer but I'm having activation issues. I need an agent to contact me.

Paid, got Sim card, went to activate after I input my info for transferring phone number, hit start, and at the final step it fails activation. Just says contact support, so I'm here. Also sent a message, thanks.
