Activation failed

I was going through the SIM activation process (including porting my current cell number over from Rogers) but when I entered my payment info I got a failure message. I can't log into the self service though I recieved an email stating the self service account has been created and my credit card has been charged

I have the same problem. I tried to activate and payment went through but I can't login to account and SIM card is still not active. Can someone please take a look at the issue?

I have an activation failed and my credit card was already charged. Im coming from fido. Please advise asap @Mary_M @Jeremy_M @Shazia_K

Yup, it was the APN settings, all system go now

Took about 26 hours, but it just started working. Sorry I can't be more help.

I can't log into the self service and my email doesn't get recognized as registered with Public Mobile however my other phone which has been activated with Public Mobile sim card reads Public Mobile in the network. I just can't send text or call because it's says it is not included in the plan! What do I do

Can do anything, text, call, email and my Rogers sim is only allowing me to send, not recieve. 

If I could get into my account may I could see where I went wrong

My refer has recieved an email stating he has succesfully refered a friend yet I still have no service and only partial service on my old Rogers SIM (outgoing texts only). I notice the person spamming the mods has gotten a response, is this what it takes? I have sent PM's to 4 mods but they remain unread. If I could at least login to the account

Yes I got that too, I don't think anything got activated

Now I'm getting messages stating

"You have been sent a text but you need to have texting in your plan to recieve it" I signed up for the unlimited texting etc. Same for when I send a message

I have the same error porting from Wind, got the email. Also I cant seem to log into my self-serve account, my email does not seem to be saved.
