Hi there,
the activation of my sim card failed ("Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help"
Target="_blank">email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience."). I can not log in my account and if I retry to register my sim card, the website says the number is invalid.
What can I do?

As you wait for the moderator to respond as stated above, you can try a few things. Sometimes after a failed registration, the website gets finicky. You can try a different browser, clear cache, incognito mode might help. Or even give it some time before trying again. 1-2 hours.

I'm not sure there's any email per se but they seem to invite you to contact them. To contact them, send a private message to them by clicking here and include as much identifying information as you can remember that you used when you attempted to sign up.
Some of that would be: full address, birthdate, last 4 digits of CC you might have used, email address on the account, alternative phone number you might've entered when you signed up.
Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET).
It seems their response times are quite long so you may need to be patient. Do not send more than once.
