Hi, I did my payment, but I cant phone to anyone,what to do ? But my account status is active because my current plan cycle is due September,6. What to do next for to make calls? Thanks for letting me know

HI @Finusa are you on the $15 limited minute plan? If you are , you might have used up the 100 outbound minutes. Loading the Plan amount early would not renew you plan early. In your case, you will need to buy extra add-on for $5.
And alternate way is to use VoIP app like Fongo, you can make regular phone calls using the apps when you have Wifi or Mobile Data. This could be a free workaround until Sep 6 renewal

Dial 611 from your cell phone...that'll tell you if plan is still Active and when your plan is set to renew.

@Finusa - your plan is Active and due to renew on September 6th, okay.
How long have you not been able to call anyone?
What about incoming calls, texts in/out and data. Do those work?
Can you try you sim into another phone to see if outgoing calls.
