Ok so i filled up all the required questions while setting up a new sim card. After reaching the final step where it showed me all the information i filled up i realized there was a mistake in the security question so i clicked on the previous page button and it gave me an error. So i was forced to open another tab and now it doesnt let me sign in nor does it let me sign up with the same sim number saying that this sim is invalid. HELP

I found the PM website works better on a computer than a smart device. I use microsoft edge and I haven't had a problem. If you need to correct something by going back. I suggest loggin out and starting over on a new page, and clear cache

On activation, never click back. You'll have to try again later.

Website can be finicky. Try again by clearing cache, different web browser or going incognito mode. Chrome incogito seems to work well with this site. Might also want to wait 30-60 minutes to activate again.
