I'm transferring from TELUS. I have given authorization to transfer by replying YES. Now my telus service is gone and PM is still not activated yet after 10hours. I have no phone to use, what can I do

so you removed the Telus sim and installed your new Public Mobile sim and get no service...right ? Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted...I'll send you a message with a number you can call to get help with porting in...
