Activation Failure - stuck in cyber space and cannot even log-into account

Hello. I tried to sign up my elderly father on a PM account (I also have one) on a very simple, basic flip-phone. It's all he knows how to use at this point.

I set up an account, paid for a re-occurring subscription and put in a new PM SIM card.  However, to complete the subscription you have to download the PM app.  I did not foresee that his phone could not handle this step.  I decided this would not work and wanted to cancel the re-occurring subscription - BUT I cannot log into his PM account without it taking me to the 'activation page'.  As I cannot get past this step, it will not allow me to proceed and log into his account to alter the subscription.  I have no way to stop future payments - other than cancelling it through the credit card company.

It can't be this hard??

I tried the ticket route, but it forces you through drop-downs into submitting a request that is not really the issue.

Please help!!  I'm happy with PM for my use, but it is not for everyone.

You can download the PM app on your phone and activate (subscribe) the SIM on his behalf.

Once activated, you can manage his account online and have the 2FA code sent to the registered email or sent by calling to access his account if you want to make any changes in the future. 

Make a note of the email and password for future reference.
