Can anyone help?

I got this error when activating a new sim.

I can't login to selfserve either:

No text, no data, no call.

But my card got charged.

My plan appears to have started working?

I will test them out further today.

I am still not able to access selfserve though.

My next step is to port my number in.

Can any of you confirm if I am formally on queue?

@beehjae also remember your bill date won't start until they fix the issue. So you will still get the full 90 days of service.
