I activated my sim on Nov 28 & was expecting to get 5gb bonus data. I did not get it. Is there a way to have it added to my account?

Did you activate a $35+ plan ?
If you did then subnmit a ticket.
If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
