Could you help me out with generic error I received after the payment step during activation?
I see my # and can use the service on my phone, but am unable to login onilne.

If you are using Chrome, maybe try clearing the cache or using Incognito mode. Also maybe try another type of browser, IE, edge... See if those help

Have you tried resetting the pw using 'Forgot your password'?
