Helping a friend activate a new account. message at Step 6 saying "Subscription Not Activated". I have my Public Mobile account and my email properly set up My credit card has been charged for the subscription plan. Can you help me activate my plan please? Thank you in advance

Down loaded public app on phone. Entered Sim Card #. Goes through processing then gives message “activation failed” contact current provider…
I did not have any issue transferring my account from same provider.

Are you using the Public Mobile website? To complete activation, the Public Mobile smartphone app is required.
