Activating new Public Mobile account

Hi There,

My subscription with the phone transfer from Koodo Mobile failed. Can you help me activating Public SIM?

If usually take around an hour or 2 if the volumes are under control.

@SERGEGRYB  They usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer . Just keep an eye on your community in box for their reply . Or you can use this link to the community in box

How long does it take to get an answer from customer service? It seems it takes forever to get things aligned with Public mobile... I feel like a ping-pong ball being sent from one chat to second, to third...

@SERGEGRYB  Is Koodo post paid or prepaid like PM if pre paid you need support to transfer the number once your created an account with temp phone number . If post paid I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you

There seems to be a bit of an issue when Koodo clients transfer to Publi Mobile but it can easily be fixed by contacting customer service. You can write to them by using the following link:
