Put all information in and it started to activate and stayed on #2 regarding phone number for 1 hour

@Dina13 Are you trying to change the SIM with a new one on your existing account?
That requires moderators to facilitate so you would need to submit a ticket via chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen and input "change SIM" and follow prompts. You can also send a private message to Moderator_Team by clicking on the envelope icon top right (next to your avatar). Use this method if unable to submit a ticket via chatbot.

During activation, did you get to where you tried porting/transferring your number? If you entered all details correctly, it should also be requesting you to confirm your request on your old phone/SIM.
One alternative is to activate your SIM card with a new number, then port/transfer your number afterwards as well so you're able to get your service up and running. There is also a helpline you can call specific to Porting Numbers if you are having trouble (including from PC Mobile, etc). If you're going this route, let me know and I'm happy to provide you with the number as they don't want it posted here. 🙂

In addition to retrying, you may want to double check your internet connection on your device (and possibly use a computer if you're not already) because any issues with connecting with Public Mobile's site will lead to interruptions/etc that you're seeing.

@Dina13 Website can be finicky!
Clear your browser's cache and try the activation by opening a tab in incognito mode (after the 50 minute wait after your last attempt).

It soudns like you never got to the final payment step. I would start the process over. You may have to wait 50 minutes, and the phone number that you chose may not be available on the second attempt.
