How come I can not activate a new cell using my email address with a different account number? This system will not let me use the same email address. Is there a way around this?

If you have a new sim card to be acativated, please use a new email address for regestration.
Do not confuse the old one, which makes things much easier.

@BillMattsson You can use an email alias. The easiest way to to do it is add or remove a period in your email address.
Both addresses will get the email at the same account but satisfy the requirement for a "different" email for log n purposes.
Alternatively, some email providers like Google Gmail allow you to add a + in front of the @ sign in your address followed by whatever you like.
myname@gmail.com
myname+hername@gmail.com
Both emails will receive messages at the same account but again meet the requirements for a different email for log in.

Sorry this is not possible.
One email address per sim per account. If you currently have an account you need to use a different email with a new sim to create a second account. If you had an old account in the past you need a different email with a new sim.
