@BlackSkye Public Mobile does not work outside of Canada. In the USA it also only work with a can-us plan or add-on
To port from Thailand you would need to download the public mobile app. If you can connect to wifi it could work. But you would have no service until you can back as no service there. You would also need to first ensure your phone has esim capabilities. If no esim then I guess you could order the SIM card to your home it normally takes 10 business days to arrive anyway. So maybe you would be back by then.
