Hi, I have activated a sim at Wal-Mart but when I got home nothing is working. When I enter my phone number to create an online account it says this "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."

What does it say when you put the sim card into your phone? It might not be unlocked and there is also the possibility of your number not getting ported yet because it does take sometime. It took almost 3 hours for my number to get ported.

@someguy420 Did you try to reboot your phone? Take sim out & put it back again? Make sure your phone is compatible with Public Mobile?
