Activated new # - can't receive calls/text. Calls are forwarded to a completely different person's phone.

Can't login as it's asking me to verify EverID, but the phoe isn't receiving texts nor incoming calls. Only outgoing calls work. Calling the number connects to some woman's voicemail.

It depends on how busy they are (1/2 to 4 hours)Their hours hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST. Keep your eyes on the bell icon for them to reply then go your avatar>Message.

How long does it take them? I submitted a ticket s couple hours ago with no response

That is strange because new numbers are put on pause before it is assigned for members that pick the number.
Contact a CS_Agent on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for them to investigate the issue.
Or login to your account and go to Account tab>Change Phone Number.
