Activated SIM - still unable to receive calls

I activated my SIM card online about 12hrs+ ago. I still cannot receive calls on my cell. I transferred my number over from SpeakOut. I probably didn't enter the right SpeakOut account or PIN, so who do I follow up with? Thanks.

@ABCS  Porting a number from Speakout requires the correct PIN or IMEI as they don't use Account numbers.

 

Click the ? Type mod and provide the correct info so that PM can resubmit the port request with the correct info.

@ABCS you can contact a moderator click on ? Bottom right corner ask Simon to speak to a human this will generate a ticket to contact a moderator response time is 2 to 48 hours check envelope top right corner for response
