Hi I am getting a "you are not subscribed to a cellular data service" message.

My plan states I have 12gb over 90 days.

 Check  your Self-Serve Overview , at My Add-Ons see how many Amount Used.

I suggest you send a private message to a moderator.  Otherwise, if you are going to use the public forum to communicate, tag a moderator to bring your issue to their attention quicker.  I will tag a moderator for you.
