Public Mobile recommends to take the following steps if you need to port-in a number:
Have your account number, name on the account and your phone number ready. To complete your port-in request, click this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Moderator.

@Birhan-11 hello are you trying to port your number contact a moderator click on the ? Bottom right hand corner Ask Simon to speak to a human this will help create a ticket to speak to a moderator type port request check the envelope top right corner for a reply response time is 2 to 48 hours

@Birhan-11 please use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to remove your phone number. This is a public forum. By activate your phone number what do you mean? Thanks. Are tou trying to transfer/ port your number over from another provider? Have you activated your SIM card yet? Did you activate with a temporary cell phone number? Activate and your service isn't working properly? Did you port your number over? Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
