@xould I have removed one of the three screenshot you posted as it included your account info. Please be careful next time as this is a public community.
Did you recently signed up or your plan was renewed today? There is bug with the 3G data pln where your data doesn't reset when renewed. Anways, you will have to get in touch with the mod as mentioned above.
