I lost my phone and deactivated my service. I have a new phone and SIM card but can't activate the card

If you deactivate your service, you need to click on resume service and then click on Change SIM Card rather than activating the SIM.

Can you login to your account? Don't use the activate at the top. You change the sim attached to your account by logging in and using the change sim function in there.
Also be sure that the account isn't still in "lost" mode. Go in there and see that it says Suspend. If it says Resume then click Resume.
If your account is now past the previous renewal date then you'll need to make a payment to reactivate.

Hi you go into your self serve account in profile you can change sim number there ,if it has been longer than 90days in suspended mode your account is closed and you will need to activate a new account
