@Yellowcello Sounds like you are trying to activate your account and are having problems adding your credit card for Auto-Pay.
- Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement. (Including case)
- When entering the postal code do not enter any spaces. If that doesn't work then include the space and leave out the last digit.
- Do not use the unit number field even if you live in an apartment or condo and use a desktop browser if you can.
