Just purchased a subscription and want to activate my account. I can't use the app

How did you purchase a subscription without the app? You can’t, ever since the new website and app.
It is kind of stupid that you can’t active your SIM/subscription without an app. You can on the old website.
I would suggest to private message a CS_Agent through private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer to setup your subscription.
Please let us know how it went?

while you can start the activation on the browser, you need to finish it up with the app after the payment section
Please have a friend to help you to download and complete the activation. Again, your friend can delete the app once the activation is completed and you can manage your account using the browser after

Well...we're just fellow customers here so that's not something we can do. Yes it is stupid. We used to be able to activate on the web page. But no more.

We did. Get a friend to use it. There's no way to complete an activation without the app.

or was it about your app store is linked to another country?
A quick workaround is to ask a friend to download the app for you, help you to activate
Once activated, your friend can delete the app and you can do everything using the web browser

Why not? You could ask a friend to get the app and then you can finish the activation on it. You don't need the sim in the activating phone. The sim can be in a different phone.
