I just recieve my simcard and i cant activate my card... i think this one have a problem..my uncle that is aleready with PM dont understand why it dosent work

It doesn’t matter if any family member is with PM. Just remember to use your Uncle’s referral code for a $10 credit off your next bill when the CS_Agent investigate the issue with your current SIM.

@Pascalrb2 if you are sure you entered the digits correctly, then ask PM CS agent to help to verify, they can resend you another one if any issue
