Hi, I have activated my account but my sim card did not register. How do I program my cell number to the new sim card?

@Gabriel2 what happens when you put the Public Mobile SIM card in to the phone?
What is your phone's brand and model? Please be as specific as possible here, since some phones have several sub-models.
Is your phone definitely carrier unlocked?

Yes I am able to log inro my account and see the plans I selected

@Gabriel2, can you please provide extra information. Are you able to login to the account that you just activated and see an active account with the plan features you selected during activation?
