Hello, i have 2 accounts. One I’m still being charged for that I don’t use. I can’t get into that account. The other account that I have been using. I can’t get into it either. How do I fix this?

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number you want to pause AutoPay.
Remember after 90 days of nonpayment paused payment. Your account will be closed, SIM stops working and you will loss your number.

Each PM account needs its own separate different email address.
If both accounts are under the same email address, you will need to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit a ticket. It will take a few hours for response.
