How to log into my account if I forgot log in information

@James77    If you've forgotten your password and are unable to reset it, then you'll need to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask for assistance.

If unable to submit a ticket then try sending a private message to CS_Agent here:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Their response will appear in the message box top right next to your avatar.

Login by enter your registered email address then click on Forgot Password.

If you used the same email as on this Community, click on your avatar on the top right then go to My Settings will show your email address.

If that fails, submit a ticket on SIMon Chatbot on The bottom of page or private message a CS_Agent on the envelope icon above.
