how do I find out my usage

Under My Account after you sign in, Data Usage should be there, as well as Minutes Usage and Messages Usage.

Sign in to your account and go to "my account" and you will find all your usage there.

@rtfrancis Login to My Account, click on View Usage History. There, it is best to download all the available usage and you can then filter using Excel to examine the usage further
