Looks like you can change your name and address by yourself, but for your email, you'll need to contact Public Support for that. 

Under My Account after you sign in, Data Usage should be there, as well as Minutes Usage and Messages Usage.

Unfortunately you can't, but they come pretty fast in the mail. It said 5-10 business days for me but mine came in 3!
