I hav a account but they hav the wrong email address n now I need to change credit card number cause mine was stolen so how do I get to my account

@Sherry7 was a Self Serve account ever created?
If not, create one with the wrong email. See if you can manage to log into Self Serve that way.
Then change your credit card, by going to the PAYMENT tab, and see the bottom, left corner of the page to update/change the info.
In order to have the email changed to your Self Serve account, only Customer Support agents can do that for you. So you will need to submit a ticket to them to have this completed.

@Sherry7 : If you know what the wrong email is then you can still log in. It's just a login ID. Of course you'd also need to know your password.
