Hello everyone, my account will not display how much data I have used. This problem started when they switched to 4G. Then the page setup changed and I cannot see how much data I have used. I actually switched plans in the meantime hoping it would reset. It did not. Now I am frustrated that there is no one to call to fix this account issue. Any tips?

If you switched to 4G, it will take about 48 hours for it to work.
The new website will hopefully fix all the glitches.

@michelleHG Perhaps not an account issue, rather a system design shortcoming. Data counters and usage history is showing for me. Try logging into your account from different browser using a private window.

The fine folks at PM did an "update" to the website recently and unfortunately there's some lingering ...issues.
Clear your cache files, use a different web browser (I use Firefox...works good). Log in using incognito mode.
