Having trouble getting my account reactivated. Plan expired yesterday, made a pmnt today but all it will do is add money to my account. When I reactivate it says it was successful and may take 1/2 hour to go through but it’s been almost 6 hours and still nothing. Any ideas?

Phone has been restarted and the webpage has the correct dates for the next billing cycle and the account is showing active

@Cheney86 , have you rebooted your phone and is the service running properly. That is the most important thing. As for the self serve account, try viewing it using incognito mode on your browser to make sure you are not seeing a cached web page.
