Hi, I was unable to update my payment method. Therefore, my service has been temporarily suspended. I cannot sign in using my email as a verification method, as the email registered on my public mobile account is no longer active. I can't sign in to update my payment method, and *611 is of no use for the exact reason as well. No option on there to update payment method. Can only do so by logging into my account, which I cannot do. Can anybody help??

While you are waiting for CSA to help you with your email address update to your account.  You can purchase a PM voucher and call 611 from your phone to add fund to your account to get your phone working ASAP.

You'll need to get a Customer Support Agent to update your email address for your account.

First buy vouch and dial 611 on your phone to pay your plan. 

Second contact CS agent to change your login email:

HI @JohnF2022   you have another email address you have access?

 

Just open ticket with CS agent and they will update the account for you to the new email

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
