My Account had all the money it needed for my phone to still be active but I receive a message saying my account is suspended and my account is on Auto pay never had this issue? Now you guys want me to pay more money for my account and number to stay active but I paid on time what is up with this ?

The situation is now resolved but I seen this on my account overview . But it’s all well now .

@Kaylaulrich1, there have been reports from other customers as well concerning auto payment failure leading to account suspension. You can try a manual top up to restore your account to active status. Failing that, please contact the moderator team for assistance. @Kaylaulrich1 it is usually best to start your own threan and not revive one form a while back.
to be clear does your phone currently work or not ? what exatly does the message say? and where did you see it?
when is /was your renewal date?
