I have autopay set up on my account and have never had a issue before but today I got a text saying my account was suspended. There was money in my account and when I checked nothing had come out. I have since made a payment manually and my account is active again. No issues there, just wondering why this happened so I can avoid it in the future. I also want to make sure autopay won't still come out and double charge my account

If it were to then the extra amount can just be used for your next renewal. There's a possibility that the autopay is late today.

Sometimes there is a glitch in the AutoPay system and for some reason it turns off.
Login to your account and check under Payment and see if AutoPay is enabled.
If not, just enable this feature.

@j_mccready , I have seen customers report from time to time that auto pay fails. You might have experienced on of these spurious failures. As for workarounds to keep the account from going into suspension on auto pay failure is to manually top up prior to renewal.
