Hello, I'm looking for a customer service or someone that can help me. I just transferred my number over but I got a message saying it didn't go through. I can call numbers but cannot receive calls or messages, also I couldn't add the promotions of 12 gb for 12 months; can someone please help, Thanks

Make sure your old account is still active. Put the old sim in a phone. Maybe find your account number or verify it. Call the number in the link. Confirm the transfer text. Restart phone with PM sim in (or switch sims).
